Has only just under 31,000 miles on chevy 454 big block motor. New tires, brakes, batteries, radiator, thermostat, fan belt, recently tuned up and oil changed. Lots of new random things inside. Has full bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink, full kitchen with refrigerator, 4 burner stove top with oven, microwave, and sink. Table folds into a bed, pull out couch, master bedroom in back. Two captains chairs in front and two behind it one behind the other they can be put in almost any direction and locked, there is a fold out table between them. Has working dash heat and working propane heater, working propane hot water heater, all plumbing works great all inside gadgets work great as well. Needs a few minor things... Floor was professionally repaired in a spot it needs the self stick tiles put back on (included is 1 brand new box of them). I have a small tv for it that can be hardwired in but i never got to doing so. The person i purchased it from almost 2 years ago had it running for me by "kick starting" it. Currently ri registered and insured however inspection ran out in march and i have not had the time to get it done again. I put a ton of work into this camper but i have a disable child and cant use the camper. Asking $xxxx- obo cash only not open to trades, must be able to pick it up i can not offer to deliver it.

Most recent maintenance service was the topping off of the transmission fluid which helped alleviate some of the shuddering the car was experiencing while shifting gears. Driver-side rear view mirror is clouded but passeneger-side rear view mirror is perfectly fine and mirrors adjust electronically without any issues.
